Community Outreach Manager
Katy Nail joined Rifeline in April 2018 as a Community Outreach Manager. Katy brings a strong background of government relations, with years of lobbying and campaign finance experience.
At Rifeline, Katy supports the Texas Department of Transportation’s public involvement and communication efforts for the Mobility35 program.
Prior to joining Rifeline, Katy was a member of the Public Affairs team at the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce in Phoenix, AZ, where she worked closely with industry leaders and elected officials to craft meaningful policy at all levels of government. In addition to her professional work, Katy is passionate about empowering her community to get civically engaged. She was a co-founder of the Public Affairs Committee for the Junior League of Phoenix, developing the Advocacy Training Program for members on how to be strong advocates for their community.
Katy is a proud graduate of University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & English.
