Adri Peralta

Sr. Community Outreach Coordinator

Adri joined Rifeline in September 2024 and currently serves as a Senior Community Outreach Coordinator. She works closely with clients, project teams, and community members to plan and execute public involvement efforts for transportation projects across Texas, including TxDOT's Loop 360 project in Austin, where she has supported public involvement and project communications since joining Rifeline. Her experience includes coordinating public meetings and events, developing outreach materials, managing stakeholder communications, and creating internal tools and workflows that improve collaboration and project delivery. She also helps lead creative communication efforts across a variety of projects, creating graphics, videos, social media content, and other visual communications that keep communities informed and engaged. 

Before joining Rifeline, Adri worked as a Corporate Communications Specialist for a global organization, where she supported internal and external communications initiatives and strengthened her passion for connecting with diverse audiences through clear, creative communication. 

A proud graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Advertising, Adri enjoys blending creativity, organization, and problem-solving to develop effective outreach strategies, improve internal processes, and support both clients and teammates. 

Outside of work, Adri enjoys getting lost in a good book at a local coffee shop, discovering new movies (popcorn is non-negotiable!), and spending time with family.
