Alex Loveridge

HR/Business Operations Manager

Alex joined Rifeline in April 2022 and plays an essential role in supporting both the people and the day-to-day operations. She leads internal training programs, manages onboarding and recruitment, and serves as a key resource for employee relations. Alongside nurturing team development, Alex keeps Rifeline’s daily operations running smoothly and aligned with the company’s goals.

Before joining Rifeline, Alex spent years serving her community as a mathematics teacher, building strong connections with students and colleagues at two award-winning districts: Comal ISD and Leander ISD. During her time in education, she focused on community engagement, data-driven decision making, and curriculum development.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Texas State University. Outside of work, she’s always up for a spontaneous adventure, enjoys long walks, and loves nothing more than spending time with her husband and two kids.
