Cassidy Piechowski
Community Outreach Manager
Cassidy Piechowski joined the Rifeline team in February 2025 and currently serves as a Community Outreach Manager, leading public involvement initiatives across Central Texas. In this role, she supports efforts to enhance safety and mobility while addressing the evolving needs of one of the fastest-growing regions in the state.
A proud Williamson County resident for 21 years, Cassidy graduated from Cedar Park High School in 2008 and went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Texas State University, graduating summa cum laude in 2015. She spent ten years working in elementary, secondary, and special education, where she built inclusive learning environments and developed strong partnerships with families and stakeholders.
Cassidy and her husband have been serving the public sector in Williamson County for more than a decade, sharing a deep commitment to community service and civic responsibility. Beyond the classroom, Cassidy has served in leadership roles such as Vendor Coordinator for the Leander Educational Excellence Foundation and volunteered with the Williamson County Children’s Advocacy Center—efforts that reflect her dedication to strengthening community networks and supporting local families.
Today, Cassidy brings her background in education and community engagement to her work at Rifeline, where she develops outreach strategies, coordinates community events, and builds strong partnerships with local stakeholders. She has supported public involvement initiatives in road bond projects in both Williamson County and the City of Kyle, helping residents stay informed and engaged in transportation improvements. Cassidy draws on her strengths in communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure inclusive, effective outreach. Her deep roots in the region give her a grounded, empathetic understanding of local priorities and community needs.
Outside of her professional work, Cassidy enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, baking, and making memories outdoors in the community she’s proud to call home.
