Catherine Tate

Sr. Manager of HR/Business Operations

Catherine Tate joined Rifeline in January 2018 and plays a key role in keeping the organization running smoothly across both people and operations. She partners with the Rifeline team to ensure day-to-day activities align with client needs and organizational goals, while leading human resources and overseeing broader business operations. 

 Before Rifeline, Catherine worked in Total Rewards at Westlake Chemical Corporation, where she supported employees across a range of benefits and compensation programs. 

 She earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University, along with a minor in Business Administration. 

 Outside of work, Catherine can usually be found outdoors playing sports, or enjoying a good game of Mahjong or pickleball.
