Dolma Braynin

Sr. Community Outreach Manager

Dolma D. Braynin brings a dynamic blend of educational leadership and community engagement to her role at Rifeline, which she joined in November 2024. With over a decade of experience spanning public education and strategic outreach, Dolma specializes in building strong relationships, fostering inclusive environments, and driving meaningful collaboration across diverse communities. 

A former copywriter turned educator, Dolma holds a B.S. in Advertising with minors in Business and Spanish from the University of Texas at Austin, as well as a Master’s in Educational Leadership and a Texas Principal Certificate (K–12). Her time as a teacher and assistant principal sharpened her ability to lead teams, manage complex initiatives, and create spaces where all voices are heard and valued. 

Passionate about advocacy, equity, and social-emotional learning, Dolma is committed to cultivating trust, transparency, and lasting impact in every community she serves. 

When she’s not building bridges at Rifeline, Dolma enjoys longboarding, painting, co-hosting themed dinner parties, traveling, and adventuring with her husband and two dogs.
