Gabby Parra

Community Outreach Coordinator

Gabby Parra joined Rifeline in May 2026 as Community Outreach Coordinator. She has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston, a Master of Public Health from UTH, and a Master’s of Global Policy Studies from UT-Austin. Her background includes public policy, policy analysis, health promotion and planning, student engagement and mentoring, and nonprofit work. While pursuing her dual-master's degrees, Gabby worked at the McCombs School of Business, mentored at local Austin elementaries, and was active in student organizations. At Rifeline, she currently works on TxDOT and AISD projects. She is a native Texan, born and raised in Houston, and is passionate about making meaningful changes in local communities across the state. Outside of work, she loves to attend live music events around the city, go to Austin FC games, and visit national parks.
