Community Outreach Coordinator

Grace Moccia joined Rifeline in April 2026 as a Community Outreach Coordinator, bringing a thoughtful, people‑centered approach to engagement and communication.

Grace studied at the University of Texas at Austin, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with minors in Informatics and American Sign Language. Her academic background gives her a strong foundation in human behavior, data driven thinking, and accessible communication.

Before joining Rifeline, Grace gained experience across the service industry, psychology research, and freelance design. This diverse background shaped her ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life and approach challenges with creativity, empathy, and adaptability.

At Rifeline, Grace supports community outreach and stakeholder engagement efforts for Williamson County, the City of Kyle, and surrounding communities. She contributes to public involvement planning, event coordination, stakeholder communication, and project documentation, helping agencies build trust and maintain transparent communication with the public.

Originally from Houston, Grace now enjoys exploring Austin’s endless list of restaurants, cafés, and live music venues. She brings that same curiosity and enthusiasm to her work, always looking for new ways to elevate community experience.
