Isabella Jensen
Community Outreach Coordinator
Isabella Jensen is a Community Outreach Coordinator who joined Rifeline in August 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Family and Human Services from the University of Oregon, where she also studied Anthropology.
Her expertise lies in community outreach, nonprofit development, and advocating for innovative therapeutic approaches. Isabella currently supports stakeholder engagement and public involvement on major infrastructure and policy projects including I-27, I-14, Mobility35, TMUTCD, and Loop360, as well as additional projects as needed.
Before joining Rifeline, Isabella worked as a Development Associate at a grant writing firm that served nonprofit organizations across the country. In this role, she contributed to the development of funding proposals and community-centered program strategies.
Originally from Oregon, Isabella has long been active in community initiatives focused on strengthening relationships and supporting local needs. She moved to Austin in 2023 to pursue her career and has since become dedicated to leveraging her background in human services to support the greater community. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, attending local events (farmers markets, live music, etc..), practicing yoga, and immersing herself in Austin’s culture.
