Jada Simpson

Sr. Community Outreach Manager

Jada Simpson joined Rifeline in December 2019 and currently serves as a Senior Community Outreach Manager. With over 20 years of experience, she specializes in stakeholder engagement, communications, and event management. 

Her passion for public service led her to earn a Bachelor of Social Science from Howard Payne University, and a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Texas. Additionally, she has completed Crucial Conversations training, enhancing her expertise in effective communication and conflict resolution.  

Prior to her work at Rifeline, she oversaw a large capital project developing facilities to house homeless youth, where she managed relationships with the community, elected officials, government agencies, and local businesses. 

At Rifeline, Jada has led stakeholder engagement efforts for major clients, including the City of Austin, TxDOT, and Williamson County. She is passionate about building relationships, facilitating meaningful conversations, and ensuring public voices are heard in decision-making. 

Currently, she is a communications consultant for Austin ISD’s 2022 Bond, working with the Community Bond Oversight Committee to foster transparency and accountability throughout the bond program. 

While originally from Llano TX, she has lived in California, Maine, Botswana and Washington. She is happy to be home in the Texas Hill Country!
