Katherine Lee Seth
Sr. Community Outreach Manager
Katherine Lee Seth currently serves as Senior Community Outreach Manager and is responsible for a wide range of strategic initiatives for clients seeking to engage the community with transportation, infrastructure, and civic policy solutions.
Since joining Rifeline in October 2023, Katherine has developed and managed communication and engagement programs for clients including the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), VIA Metropolitan Transit, and the City of West Lake Hills. Currently she manages public involvement for TxDOT’s Loop 360 Project and the construction of new bridges at Westlake Drive and Cedar Street. She has completed Courageous Conversations training and the Dispute Resolution Center’s facilitation training.
Prior to Rifeline, Katherine’s work at California Institute of the Arts (CalArts) and the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) in Los Angeles built partnerships through innovative marketing and public engagement efforts with tourism bureaus, corporate sponsors, civic agencies, and individual stakeholders to connect the public to cultural resources.
A strategic communicator, Katherine distills complex concepts into clear language to strengthen connections, build trusted relationships, and champion shared understanding. She is a solution-focused strategist who is passionate about amplifying opportunities to build meaningful relationships within their communities.
A native of San Francisco, she earned a Bachelors in History and Art History from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and a Masters in Visual Arts Administration from New York University. In her spare time, Katherine is busy propagating monsteras, and volunteering at the Heartening to minimize clothing waste in Austin.
