Katherine Lee Seth

Sr. Community Outreach Manager

Katherine Lee Seth joined Rifeline in October 2023 and currently serves as Senior Community Outreach Manager where she is responsible for a wide range of strategic initiatives for clients seeking to engage the community with transportation, infrastructure, and civic policy solutions.  

She brings extensive communications experience from non-profit arts and higher education organizations where she managed resources to connect the public to cultural resources. Katherine is a solution-focused strategist who is passionate about amplifying opportunities for people to build meaningful relationships with their communities.  

Prior to Rifeline, Katherine’s work at California Institute of the Arts (CalArts) and the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles built community partnerships through innovative marketing and public engagement strategies.  

A native of San Francisco, she earned a Bachelors in History and Art History from UCLA and a Masters in Visual Arts Administration from New York University.
