Megan Neal
Sr. Community Outreach Manager
Megan Neal joined Rifeline in June 2024 and serves as a Senior Community Outreach Manager, where she brings deep expertise in project management, strategic planning, corporate social responsibility, and organizational development. Her diverse background has been instrumental in supporting clients such as the Austin Independent School District (AISD) and the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) in building stronger community connections and operational coordination.
Before joining Rifeline, Megan served over six years as a Logistics Officer in the U.S. Army, where she led strategic planning and operations for the deployment and training of more than 4,000 personnel. She later applied her leadership and process improvement skills at Home Depot’s corporate headquarters, where she focused on enhancing systems based on employee and customer feedback. Megan also deepened her expertise in community engagement and mental health through her work at a local community mental health clinic.
Megan holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the United States Military Academy and a Master of Social Work with a clinical focus from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).
Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time outdoors, discovering new restaurants, exploring museums, and traveling with her family.
