Nicole Fasina
Community Outreach Manager
Nicole Fasina is an Emmy Award-winning communications professional who joined Rifeline in March 2026 as Community Outreach Manager. With a background in journalism and digital media, she has spent her career making complex information accessible, helping communities stay informed about the issues that affect their daily lives.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication from Arizona State University and a Master of Arts in Digital Media Communications from Texas State University.
Before joining Rifeline, Nicole served as a News Producer at Spectrum News 1, where she earned an Emmy Award for producing the national primetime special "The State of Mental Health in America." She also worked as a News Associate for NBC News in New York City.
At Rifeline, Nicole applies her research, writing, and communication skills to stakeholder outreach and project communication across Central Texas. Her current work spans projects with Williamson County, the City of Kyle, local HOAs, and others. She is also expanding her skill set, currently pursuing her Small Unmanned Aircraft certification to support aerial documentation for clients.
Nicole is originally from Phoenix, Arizona, but has called Round Rock, Texas home for most of her life. She serves at her local church and enjoys attending community events.
