Olivia Spedale

Community Outreach Coordinator

Olivia Spedale joined Rifeline in 2024 as a Community Outreach Coordinator. She specializes in stakeholder engagement using public involvement initiatives and strategic communication to support transportation and infrastructure improvements projects. Most recently she has hosted property owner meetings, created thorough project summary reports, and participated in various communication efforts for Williamson County projects including Arterial K, Hairy Man Road Improvements, Red Bud Lane, and Corridor A3. 

Before joining Rifeline, Olivia built a strong foundation in client services and event coordination, honing her ability to manage complex logistics and build lasting relationships. Her approachable demeanor and commitment to service have made her a vital part of the Rifeline team, ensuring that communities are informed and engaged every step of the way. 

Olivia has a degree in communications from Texas A&M University and a certificate in leadership and conflict management. Her educational background, combined with professional expertise, has equipped her to excel in roles that require active collaboration, strategic planning, and proactive communication.
