Shannon Sprague

Community Outreach Manager

Shannon joined Rifeline in May 2024 and serves as Community Outreach Manager, bringing over a decade of experience in the local nonprofit and entrepreneurial business sectors, where she led initiatives in community engagement, cause-driven marketing, and strategic communications.  

Supporting multiple clients, Shannon develops strategic communications plans for both long-term and short-term public initiatives. One of the roles she values most is collaborating with nonprofit community partners to assist individuals experiencing homelessness along the Mobility35 corridor. In addition to working on various aspects of public involvement on the expansive Mobility35 program, Shannon has worked on a number of other projects, such as the I-14 expansion in Waco and Ports to Plains expansion plan for I-27 in Amarillo.  

A dedicated community engagement expert and nonprofit development professional, Shannon offers a record of success providing vision and leadership to advance impactful programs within community organizations. As a strategic problem solver, she brings clarity and direction to complex community challenges and is passionate about creating and amplifying inclusive opportunities for all people to build meaningful relationships that strengthen and enrich their communities. 

With a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs focused on Latin American Studies, Shannon brings a globally informed perspective to her work. Her favorite things to do involve anything that includes the company of dogs.
