Sierra Mayle

Sr. Community Outreach Coordinator

Sierra Mayle, CAPM joined Rifeline in July of 2024 and currently serves as a Sr. Community Outreach Coordinator. A born and raised Buckeye, Sierra hails from Ohio, where she graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and a minor in Pharmaceutical Sciences. Sierra has 11 siblings—growing up in a large family was a blast!

Prior to joining Rifeline, Sierra worked as an Office Manager and Client Relations Specialist at UT Austin, where she oversaw day-to-day operations and built and maintained corporate client relationships. Currently, she works on projects such as US 183 North construction, TxDOT’s Statewide Multimodal Transit Plan, and serves as head liaison for TxDOT Austin District coordination efforts with Rifeline. Sierra is a Certified Associate in Project Management, with collective certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Essentials of Practical Design Thinking, and Asana Certified Workflow Specialization. Her industry expertise includes project management, process improvement, and streamlining team operations.
